You can cancel your plan with 15 days prio notice. After cancellation, your chatbot or voice agent will stop working, so please remove the code from your website. Your plan includes our LifeForce Support plan, so we’ll keep your agent updated and optimized for you, and your team gets expert recommendations and VIP benefits for future projects.
